Churches, from many different faiths and religions, are starting to recognize the importance of including children who have special needs into their services and teachings. Scripture gives us a clear picture of the duties of the Shepherd, or, Pastor of a church. His responsibilities are outlined for us in Ezekiel 34:2-6.
